Real world property management services
We understand that not every habitat that needs management services is a giant forest or lake. For this reason, we are offering a smaller scale, home habitat help program for the management of what has come to be called “Backyard Habitats”. These are the same quality services we offer for larger projects, but scaled down for smaller areas, with more personalized help and service. These home, backyard habitat services are provided for those living in our East Texas service area.
- Backyard Habitat Services for the identification of native plants, the elimination of non natives, and the cultivation of wildlife.
- Tree care and tree rehabilitation from construction related damage, storm related problems, and other causes.
- Habitat Protection and restoration for protection and rescue of native habitats from invasive exotic vegetation and for preserving biodiversity.
- Invasive species identification and control, cataloging of native species, and habitat management.
- Aquatic vegetation treatments and other services for residential lakes, ponds, rivers, creeks, drainage ditches, and anywhere where the help of an aquatic licensed pest control professional is needed.
- Brush and weed control treatments for elimination of unwanted vegetation and other applications.
- Re-vegetation for restoration projects. When construction leaves an area bare, and devoid of native vegetation, or when the elimination of unwanted vegetation has left a void.
- Construction for habitat enhancement, such as: Bat and bird habitat structures, small water features, and other construction to improve wildlife living conditions.
- Predator Control, from gophers, to feral hogs.
- Consultation. If you want to do it yourself, but need a little help and advice along the way, we will be glad to help with an abundance of backyard habitat information to help you with your rough spots.
- Real world residential property management services.
Native backyard habitats are becoming popular, and they are also very practical. Birds and bats can eat more bugs than most people can fathom! This is an excellent means of controlling and preventing unwanted pests, while doing something to help the environment, and your wallet!
